  1. I’m 81. I’ve come to this technology late in life. I have an I-phone, and it occasionally sends messages like: ‘Need Password for FiOS-072N6- 5G’ or ‘FiOS-072N6’. The message asks for a password for either of these codes. I have no idea what the passwords are. How can I find out?

  2. Hello Ms Joan,
Modem is a device that your ISP installed at your home to bring you Internet access). In case of Verizon this device is a modem and router combo. Router is the built in device that “routes” or broadcasts internet signals all over your home. The password the iPhone is asking should be on a sticker on the modem /router combo that Verizon installed. FiOS-072N6- 5G is 5G wireless signals, these signals dont go well through walls and dont transmit far but are robust. FiOS-072N6 are 2.4G wireless signals, they travel far in meters and go through walls. The passwords for the two type pf signals could be on the same sticker that is on your modem router combo.
